Ronnie is an experienced leader with over 15 years’ experience across several sectors, including telecommunications, manufacturing and FMCG industries.
Formerly Obelisk’s Chief Financial Officer, Ronnie led the organisation to improve cash performance, financial controls and profitability. Most recently, Ronnie also oversaw Obelisk’s acquisition by Constructel Visabeira, growing the business to become an international leader in the telecommunications and energy infrastructure sectors.
Ronnie is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a certificate in Advanced Leadership from the Timoney Leadership Institute.

John Cullen has over 20 years’ experience in various senior operational roles in the telecommunications and utility industry.
He has worked with several blue-chip clients during his career, with a strong operational focus to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards. With a proven track record and safety, quality, delivery and efficiencies are the key drivers to John’s operational success.
John holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with First Class Honours, Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt and an Advanced Diploma in Project Management.
John also heads up Obelisk’s Executive Team, leading our global workforce to deliver high quality service and solutions.
Lisa holds 20 years’ experience in human resources, having graduated from National College of Ireland with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and a Certificate in Business and Industrial Relations. Following her education, Lisa has worked with several large multinational companies specialising in learning and development and graduate recruitment.
Lisa joined Obelisk in 2008 and is now responsible for the company’s HR Department, specialising in talent management, strategic HR, employee and leadership development, culture change and organisational development.
Lisa also leads Obelisk’s marketing team to deliver a consistent and effective communications strategy, ensuring the business’ core values and ethos are reflected in every aspect of the team’s delivery.
Claire has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years in a wide range of roles spanning software and hardware support, development and implementation, as well as management.
As IT Director at Obelisk, Claire is responsible for leading the IT Department in the planning, development, security and maintenance of Information, Communication and Technology across multiple countries. She is a champion of the latest technology and systems in all departments to drive processes and efficiencies across the company.
Before coming to Obelisk, Claire worked in educational and multinational organisations and holds an Honours B. Sc. in Computer Science.
Lorna has over 17 years of experience in a variety of finance roles across several industries, including manufacturing, hospitality and financial services. She joined Obelisk’s executive team and was promoted to Head of Finance in May 2022.
With an Honours degree in Accounting and Business Management, Lorna is passionate about the continuous improvement and process enhancement of Obelisk, and practices strong leadership to embed solid financial controls.
Paul has worked in Health, Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) and compliance for over 30 years, working on a multitude of blue-chip utility contracts spanning electrical network refurbishment, civils, wireless infrastructure build, telecommunications build and maintenance and satellite broadcasting in Ireland and the UK.
Along with his experience in SHEQ, Paul is also an industry leader in strategic planning and business acumen. He has been instrumental in safeguarding Obelisk’s compliance of industry standard certification such as ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015.
Paul is eminently qualified (CMIOSH, MIITD, MCIPD, MIIRSM) and also holds several diplomas in Occupational Safety and Health, Environment and Leadership.
Finbarr has over 20 years of experience working in the telecommunications industry. Having graduated from Cork ITC with a diploma in Electromechanical Engineering, Finbarr joined Obelisk in 1997 as a trainee rigger. He went on to work in various roles including rigging, engineering, project management and account management, leading to his current role as Head of Operations.
He is currently responsible for the daily operational duties of the Irish business and ensuring each account is exceeding project expectations and needs with our blue-chip clients.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry, Victor has a vast amount of strategic operational experience, working in partnership with several blue-chip clients. Within Obelisk, Victor has previously held senior management positions delivering projects in the UK and Ireland, accountable for the delivery of thousands of RAN sites for multiple vendors and operator-led rollouts.
Victor holds a bachelor's degree in both Engineering and Construction Management and has also been accredited with Smart Choice ELDP and PRINCE2.
